Rules
- Board: Central chart-topper board.
- Voting Sheets: Used to vote for favorite performances.
- Lyric Theme Cards: Over 30 themes including ‘Falling in Love’, ‘Spring Break’, ‘Halloween’, etc.
- Emotion Cards: Express your song with emotions like ‘Joy’, ‘Anger’, ‘Fear’, and more.
- Player Pieces: Represented by musical icons like Microphone, Guitar, Piano, etc.
- Tokens: Success tokens for tracking progress.
- Place the chart-topper board in the center.
- Each player selects a player piece.
- Shuffle and place lyric and emotion cards face-down on the board.
- Songwriter Lyrics: Draw two lyric cards and one emotion card. Create a short verse using these cards within 3 minutes.
- Performance Round: Perform your verse to the group. Other players vote on their favorite performance.
- Duet Formation: The top two scorers collaborate to form a duet. Use two lyric cards and two emotion cards to create a new verse in 5 minutes.
- Chart-Topper Challenge: Perform the duet. Other players vote “Yay” or “Nay”. A “Yay” moves both players up a level and awards success tokens.
- Collect 3 success tokens to achieve the status of Legend and win the game!
- Use familiar melodies for your verses to add a fun twist.
- Extend the game with Movie and Comedy packs for more creative challenges.
